Paris is the home of art so we had to visit The Louvre, Musee D'Orsay (Impressionist gallery) and Musee Rodin - who's works are housed in the Hotel Biron 1730 where the artist resided when the building was converted in 1905 to lodgings. In 1919 the French Government accepted Rodin's bequeathment and turned the building into a museum in his honour.

People traditionally put locks on the bridge panels and throw the key in the Seine, Oren however has kept our key and wants to return when he's older to find the lock! I was thinking structurally that the bridge would be under a lot of strain and on our return to Australia I heard on the news that a panel actually did fall away not long after we left Paris. |
